After Hours Emergencies
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
If you have an urgent matter after hours and need to speak to the physician on call, please dial (409) 935-2930. A live operator will answer your call and page the physician.
Prescriptions
All prescriptions and refill requests should be made during normal office hours. Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills and have your pharmacy call the office at (409) 935-2930 for renewal of medications.
Medical Records
Information regarding medical records can be obtained by calling our main office number. Medical records are kept confidential. We will not release any of your medical information without first obtaining a signed authorization from you.
